    Lindsey Wickard

Caring for the holistic needs of people has lead Lindsey to work with the body (nursing), soul (Biblical studies), and spirit (counseling). She counsels with men, women and pre-marital and married couples, with compassion for the unique challenges each person experiences. Having a down-to-earth approach, Lindsey incorporates elements such as thoughtful conversations, gentle humor, counseling-related books, music and lyrics, and interactive activities, to enhance therapeutic discussion and healing. She is happy to integrate Christian-based interventions such as Scriptures, Bible study, and prayer for those who desire this. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (“A.R.T.” eye-movement therapy) is offered for individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. The Prepare-Enrich assessment is used as a tool to prepare couples who are contemplating marriage, and to enhance relationships between those who are already married.
